As a premier leadership and service group for young women ages 10 to 20, we are dedicated to empowering young women to become leaders in their communities, while also fostering friendships and having fun along the way. We believe in the values of friendship, leadership, love of family and country, community service, scholarship opportunities, and self-confidence, and we strive to instill these values in all of our members.
Members of Job's Daughters learn a range of skills that can benefit them in many aspects of life, such as:
No matter what you look like, where you are from, where you live, what kind of clothes you wear, where you go to school or how “popular” you are – all members are equal. No member is more “important” than any other member. We believe that respecting our diversity strengthens our organization and our communities.
As parents, you are always going to be involved with your children’s activities. Not only does Job’s Daughters love that, but we also encourage it!
We are a family-oriented organization so as a parent, family member or other support, you can also get involved and enjoy the experience! Our girls actually want their parents to participate. Parents turn out to be some of our best volunteers. We welcome all parents to be as involved as they can and see what Job’s Daughters is doing for their daughter.
We welcome young women from ages 10 to 20 to join us on this journey of self-discovery and growth. Whether you're interested in developing your leadership skills, making new friends, or making a positive impact in your community, JDI has something for you.
If you have any questions or would like to get involved, please don't hesitate to reach out. We can't wait to meet you and welcome you into our community of strong, capable young women!
Join our “Jobie-To-Bee,” program and start getting involved in the fun and learning! You will get to know the other members, and participate in activities and special events.
The Jobie-to-Bee program can be a girl’s first opportunity to branch out and start building leadership and service experiences at a young age. Jobie-to-Bees are provided with this, and more, with the choice to join as a Job’s Daughter once she reaches 10 years of age.
